Marines Cargo Tools — offline logistics utilities for a small B2B trade desk.
A practical workstation for road freight quoting, container loading, Incoterms lookups and multi-currency settlement. Manually entered rates, no cloud, no tracking, no third-party APIs.
A working desk of freight and trade lines. Each KVED code is an actual revenue line in our books, not a placeholder.

Order placement between regional building merchants and small construction crews — cement, dry mixes, rebar, insulation. Co-ordinated with the freight side above.
47.19Retail
Other retail trade
Modest retail flows for ancillary stock — cleaning supplies, office consumables, packaging — handled in the same back office as the brokerage lines.
43.99Construction
Specialized construction support
Auxiliary works on partner sites: dry-mix delivery scheduling, on-site material relay, equipment ferry runs. Always sub-contracted, never our own crews.
03 / Tool
Freight Cost Estimator
Mirror of the in-app calculator. Pick a cargo type, enter weight in kilograms, distance in kilometres and the rate per kilometre your dispatcher quoted you. Outputs the line cost, the per-tonne cost and per-kilometre cost. Runs are stored on this device only.
04 / Tool
Pallet & Container Loader
Plan whether your pallet count actually fits a container or trailer. Enter pallet dimensions in centimetres and pick a preset — 20 ft, 40 ft, or 13.6 m Eurotruck. The tool reports capacity, floor utilisation and the row × column × layer stack.
05 / Reference
Incoterms 2020 — quick reference
Tap a code to expand. Each entry summarises who pays freight, who insures and where risk transfers. This is a desk reference, not legal advice — for a contract draft, consult your trade lawyer.

08 / Process
How a freight job flows through MARINES
Five operational steps from first call to delivery. Each step is handled by Tetiana Lakatosh and the dispatch team in our Kyiv office.
01
Inquiry
You send a freight description, origin, destination and desired pickup window. We acknowledge within the working day.
02
Quote
We build a price from the freight estimator above using verified per-kilometre rates from our carrier roster and confirm Incoterms.
03
Booking
You confirm the quote. We issue a transport order and lock the carrier slot. Payment terms agreed up-front in writing.
04
Pickup
Carrier arrives at the agreed pickup point. The driver signs the consignment note and we share the road plan with you.
05
Delivery
Goods arrive at the consignee. Proof-of-delivery signed and forwarded to you. We retain the paper trail for two calendar years.
09 / FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order size?
For brokered road freight we usually take orders from one Eurotruck (around 22 tonnes) or a half-load. Smaller parcels we will look at, but they are priced as groupage and routed through a partner carrier.
How do you accept payment?
Bank transfer in UAH, USD, EUR or PLN against an invoice issued by MARINES LLC. Payment terms are agreed in the booking confirmation — typically 50 percent on order, balance on proof of delivery.
Is cargo insurance included?
Carrier CMR liability is included by default for road freight. Full all-risk cargo insurance is arranged on request via a Ukrainian underwriter and quoted as a separate line on the booking.
Can I track my shipment in real time?
Not via a live tracking portal. We share telephone-confirmed milestone updates at pickup, mid-route and delivery, plus the signed proof of delivery. The mobile utility on Google Play is a calculator, not a GPS tracker.
What paperwork do I get?
A transport order, the CMR consignment note, an invoice with EDRPOU 39237927 on the header, and the signed proof of delivery. Customs paperwork is handled by our Polish partner when the lane crosses an EU border.
How long does delivery take inside Ukraine?
From the Kyiv hub: roughly one working day to Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro and Vinnytsia; two working days to Zaporizhzhia and Uzhhorod. Pickups outside the hub region add half a day for repositioning.
Which currencies do you quote in?
Domestic quotes are issued in UAH. Cross-border quotes are commonly issued in EUR or USD, with the daily UAH cross rate documented on the booking. Use the currency calculator above to estimate equivalents before you call us.
Which truck types do you contract?
Mostly 13.6 m curtainside Eurotrucks, plus 20 ft and 40 ft container chassis for marine-leg moves and rigid trucks for short urban runs. Refrigerated and oversized cargo is sub-contracted to specialised carriers in the roster.
Do you handle agri raw materials?
Yes — under KVED 46.11 we intermediate between Ukrainian agri producers and domestic processors for grain, oilseed and feed lots. Volumes are deliberately scoped to small and mid B2B parcels, not full silo capacity.
How do I get a quote right now?
Email [email protected] with the cargo type, weight, origin, destination and pickup window. Tetiana Lakatosh will reply with a written quote within the working day.
